Marco is a wonderful agent—responsive, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and extremely pleasant to deal with. He is a great communicator, responding almost immediately to every message. Perhaps most importantly, he helped us through every step of the sometimes frustrating and difficult process of compiling a board package, never losing patience with us or the process, even when we did. The Manhattan real estate market is a little different and in some ways more challenging than other markets we’ve bought in. But we couldn’t have had a better or more competent agent to help us navigate our way through it. He really knows the New York real estate market, is calm and reassuring throughout the process, and he gets the deal done! If we sold or bought another apartment in New York, he would be the first person we’d call.
